I found the hotel's location excellent, right in the heart of the historical city, making it super easy to explore on foot. The rooms, unfortunately, lacked sound insulation and faced a noisy restaurant in the morning, which was not what I had expected. However, the service was exceptional, especially thanks to Jerry, Adriana, Natividad, and the cleaning staff. The dining experience was nice with a good variety, but it could have been more creative. Overall, the hotel offers a great base for exploring the city, though some room improvements could enhance the stay.
I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the hotel. While the rooms were a bit basic and old-style, the location was perfect right in the heart of Oaxaca. The service was top-notch with very friendly and helpful staff. The dining experience was very nice, and the facilities exceeded my expectations.
The hotel is centrally located in the heart of the charming colonial city center, making it super easy to explore the city on foot. The facilities and service were excellent, but the rooms felt a little damp due to the lack of natural light and windows to the outside.
